PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device and an ultrasonic apparatus capable of restraining performance deterioration.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device includes a substrate having first and second grooves in a first side, a diaphragm provided on the first side, and blocking the first and second grooves, a first piezoelectric element provided on the diaphragm and, in a plan view from the thickness direction of the substrate, overlapping the first groove, and a second piezoelectric element provided on the diaphragm and, in the plan view, overlapping the second groove.
