The present invention provides use of a Pandanus conoideus fruit extract for manufacture of pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting expression of genes including VEGFA, CASP3, CASP8, or combinations thereof. The Pandanus conoideus fruit extract is obtained by heating the fruit of Pandanus conoideus to remove water contained therein.
