PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which a fluid can be circulated stably in a fluid circulation device.SOLUTION: A fluid circulation device includes a fluid storage section which stores a fluid of a volume Vb and supplies the stored fluid as a part of a circulating fluid while a pump chamber is operated. When an increase amount of the a capacity of a circulation channel during the operation of the pump chamber is defined as ΔVe, a decrease amount of the volume of the fluid caused by a fluid pressure change generated during the operation of the pump chamber is defined as ΔVp, a predetermined temperature within a temperature range in which the fluid circulation device is utilized is defined as a reference temperature Ts, a temperature at which the volume of the fluid becomes minimum within the temperature range in which the fluid circulation device is utilized is defined as a temperature Tmin and a decrease amount of the volume of the fluid in the case where a temperature of the fluid is changed from the reference temperature Ts to the temperature Tmin is defined as ΔVt, the volume Vb satisfies, at the reference temperature Ts, a relation of Vb≥ΔVe+ΔVp+ΔVt.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】流体循環装置において流体を安定して循環させることのできる技術を提供する。【解決手段】流体循環装置は、体積Vbの流体を収容するとともに、ポンプ室の動作時に、収容している流体を循環する流体の一部として供給する流体収容部とを備える。ポンプ室の動作時における循環流路の容積の増加量をΔVeとし、ポンプ室の動作時に生じる流体の圧力の変化による流体の体積の減少量をΔVpとし、流体循環装置が利用される温度範囲内における所定の温度を基準温度Tsとし、流体循環装置が利用される温度範囲のうち、流体の体積が最も小さくなる温度を温度Tminとし、流体の温度が基準温度Tsから温度Tminに変化した場合における流体の体積の減少量をΔVtとした場合に、体積Vbは、基準温度Tsにおいて、Vb≧ΔVe+ΔVp+ΔVtの関係を満たす。【選択図】図2
