PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of performing excellent massage from the upper body to the lower body of a person to be treated.SOLUTION: A massage mechanism includes: a pair of right and left inner treatment elements a pair of right and left outer treatment elements and a driving means driving the treatment elements. Separation distances in the horizontal direction between the inner treatment elements and between the outer treatment elements can be changed by the driving means. The massage mechanism also includes a first support shaft supporting the respective right and left inner treatment elements and outer treatment elements and is rotated around the shaft center by the driving means. The first support shaft includes inner inclined shafts supporting the inner treatment elements through an arm, and an outer inclined shafts supporting the outer treatment elements through an arm. The inner inclined shaft and the outer inclined shaft have different angles with respect to the shaft center.
