PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face authentication device which reduces possibility of making a registered user fail authentication due to accessories and making an unregistered collation object person mistakenly succeed in authentication as any one of users.SOLUTION: In a face authentication device 1, a storage part 20 stores face information of a glasses face with glasses and face information of a naked eye face without glasses according to each of users registered preliminarily. Collation means 33 collates face information of a collation object person extracted from a face image of the collation object person with each of plural pieces of registered face information, and specifies candidate face information similar to the face information of the collation object person from among plural pieces of registered face information. When the candidate face information is registered face information of a glasses face, supplement determination means 34 performs supplement determination for determining that the collation object person is a registered user corresponding to the registered face information on condition that the candidate face information and the face information of the collation object person is similar to each other in an area where glasses are not worn in a face image corresponding to the candidate face information.
