PURPOSE: A bio-signal detecting apparatus is provided to prevent damage of components which sense a bio-signal due to the movement of a human body.CONSTITUTION: Stretch knitted fabric(110) has elasticity and resilient. The stretch knitted fabric has non-conductivity. An insulating material(130) partly covers one side of the stretch knitted fabric. A sensing pad(150) is printed on the insulating material. The sensing pad senses the bio-signal of a human body by being attached to a specific site of the human body. The insulating material eliminates the elasticity of the stretch knitted fabric.
