PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform welding without coloring the materials of a port and a housing of a body liquid treatment device and also without using a laser absorbent.SOLUTION: In a body liquid treatment device, a nonwoven fabric 5 is disposed between a terminal side of a port 2 and a base end side of a housing 3, and a welded portion of the port 2, the housing 3 and the nonwoven fabric 5 is irradiated with a laser beam, so that the nonwoven fabric 5 is melted, and the terminal side of the port 2 and the base end side of the housing 3 are welded together.
