To provide a sulky rice transplanter capable of improving workability of seedling supply to a seedling mount base.SOLUTION: A sulky rice transplanter comprises a preliminary seedling mount base 18 on which a plurality of mount parts 20 to 23 are provided along a vertical direction and which is supported by a machine body 11, and comprises a relay part 27 between the preliminary seedling mount base 18 and the seedling mount base 10. A supply part 34 can be changed in a posture over a selected mount part 20 to 23 and the relay part 27 of the plurality of the mount parts 20 to 23, and can supply the seedlings on the selected mount part 20 to 23 to the relay part 27 from the mount part 20 to 23.
