PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inoculating liquid spawn of mushroom including uniformly inoculating liquid spawn in a wide range of the surface of culture media in a culture container so as to shorten a culturing period and reduce unevenness in culture and to provide a device for inoculating a liquid spawn of mushroom with which the liquid spawn is uniformly inoculated in a wide range of the surface of culture media in a culture container so as to shorten a culturing period and reduce unevenness in culture.SOLUTION: The method for inoculating a liquid spawn of mushroom includes: feeding liquid mushroom spawn to a liquid spawn-distributing means via a liquid-spawn pressure-feeding means under a prescribed pressure supplying the liquid spawn of mushroom to a plurality of nozzles S and D arranged on a liquid spawn jetting means under pressure while distributed in a prescribed amount via the liquid spawn-distributing means and jetting the pressurized liquid spawn of mushroom supplied by the liquid spawn-distributing means through the jetting ports of the nozzles S and D: wherein the liquid spawn of mushroom supplied and pressurized by the liquid spawn-distributing means is jetted in a direction corresponding to the vicinity of the border between the opening part inner wall surface of the container and the surface part of the culture media charged in the culture container through the nozzle S, and in a direction corresponding to the inner part of a plurality of ventilation holes perpendicularly open toward the inner part of the culture media charged in the culture container through the nozzle D so that the liquid spawn is inoculated into the culture media charged in the culture container.
