PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding device having a simple structure as compared with a conventional folding device and capable of efficiently folding an unfilled portion of a bagged medium block, and a container accommodating device provided with the folding device. SOLUTION: A bag body 11 having a bottom surface 11a and a bag opening 11f facing the bottom surface 11a, a filling portion 11g filled with a medium from the bottom surface 11a of the bag body 11, and a filling portion 11g to a bag opening 11f. A folding device 31 including a folding means 34 for folding the unfilled portion 11h of the bagging medium block 14 having the unfilled portion 11h, wherein the folding means 34 is a support in which the opening mechanism 32 and the bag mouth 11f are supported.
