There is provided herein bracket biomaterials, and it includes the decellularization plant or fungal tissue of the cell material for eliminating tissue and nucleic acid, decellularization plant or fungal tissue include the three-dimensional porous structure based on cellulose or chitin. The present invention also provides the methods for preparing this bracket biomaterial, using and application thereof -- it is used to support zooblast growth as implantable stent, promotes regeneration, promotion angiogenesis, tissue replacement program, and/or as the structural implants for beauty treatment. In addition the therapeutic treatment and/or beauty method using this bracket are described.
