PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger-mounted electrode that has excellent air permeability, hardly disturbs bending motion of a finger joint, and adequately gives a stimulation current to an affected site at intended timing, and also to provide an electric stimulation device including the electrode.SOLUTION: The finger-mounted electrode 1 is connected to the electric stimulation device 14 which performs treatment by giving a stimulation current to the affected site of a patient. The finger-mounted electrode 1 includes: a base material 2 which is formed from an electric insulation raw material and mounted by contact on the finger of a treating person a fixing part 6 which is arranged in the base material 2 and fixes the finger to the base material 2 and an electrically conductive member 5 which is arranged at least on a base material surface to be pressurized against the affected site. The dorsal surface of a finger excluding a fixed range is exposed while the finger is fixed to the base material 2.
