FIELD: psychophysiology.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to psychophysiology and can be used as health-improving measures. That is ensured by formulation of the problem, relaxation of all body muscles, concentration of part of attention on body part with uncomfortable sensation with simultaneous deconcentration of the other part of attention on sensation of the whole body during the entire process of self-regulation to the moment of uncomfortable sensations disappearance. After formulation of the problem, a short fragment of the problem causing the greatest stress is selected. Image of a short fragment of the problem with its sensory-visual association with a part of the body is presented. Self-regulation process is additionally accompanied by concentration on all muscles, in which a response is observed, monitored during deconcentration. Process of presenting the visual image of the short fragment of the problem is carried out until discomfort sensations disappear. All actions after separation of short fragment of problem causing maximum stress, and to moment of disappearance of uncomfortable sensations are performed at temperature from 35 to 40 degrees Celsius. That is followed by assuming a supine position or sitting position, abstracting from all thoughts associated with the problem. Body is subjectively perceived in the form of a shell filled with a homogeneous substance of residual uncomfortable sensations, and concentration is performed until a complete disappearance of symptoms.
