This intraocular lens injector (1) comprises: a hollow body which includes an injector main body (5) provided with a lens placement part (11) where an intraocular lens is placed and a screw body (8) in which a first screw part (8b) is formed which is connected to a rear end portion of the injector main body (5) and is rotatable about an axis of the injector main body (5) without moving in an axial direction of the injector main body (5) and moving bodies (9 10) which include a second screw part (9c) that engages with the first screw part (8b) from an initial state before use and which releases the intraocular lens from a tip of an injection cylinder (7) by moving in the axial direction of the injector main body (5) independently of the screw body (8) due to engagement of the first screw part (8b) and second screw part (9c) when the screw body (8) is operated to rotate.
