PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericidal method and a cleaned object drying method by which use limitation width of cleaned object according to the quality of materials can be widened and at the same time sticking bacteria or others sticking to the surface of the cleaned object can be removed.

SOLUTION: Combined ions comprising positive ions and negative ions generated in an ion generating unit 59 and a heated wind generated in a heating body 57 are blown onto the surface of the cleaned object all together. Heating temperature of the surface of the cleaned object when heating is controlled at 45°C or higher and 60°C or lower.
