The present invention relates to a process for production of ultra-high-temperature (UHT) milk, comprising the steps to obtain heat treated milk, and subjecting said feed to a first heat treatment step to obtain heat treated milk, and subjecting the heat treated mild to a second heat treatment being an ultra-high-temperature (UHT) processing step to obtain UHT milk.
