As through-holes are formed in four directions of a lower circumference of the main body, a nozzle in which a plus-shaped connecting pipe is individually installed is exposed to the outside of the main body, and thus fresh water and a liquid chemical can be selectively supplied. As a forward and reverse rotary ventilator is mounted on a lower stand, high temperature and high humidity air inside a plastic greenhouse is forcibly discharged and outside fresh air is inhaled.
