A locking portion 111 is formed on the seat body 110 in the front-rear direction. The movable hood is movably coupled to the seat body 110 and presses the reel leg, and the movable hood is releasably engaged with the locking portion 111 by a lever arranged on the movable body to press the movable body toward the reel leg. The lever includes a rotating shaft portion having a cam portion 234 formed with a cam acting surface that slidably contacts the inner surface of the movable body, an arm portion extending from the rotating shaft portion and receiving a rotational force, and a rotating shaft portion.
