A hinge device is provided to reduce costs for components, and to improve productivity of products by integrating and simplifying constructions for free stop operation and slow down operation. A hinge device connecting a storage main body to a door comprises a housing(110), a shaft(120), a first cam member(130), a second cam member(140) and an elastic member(150). The housing is filled with oil in the inside. The shaft has one end coupled to the door in an outer side of the housing, and the other end extended to inside the housing. The first cam member is installed inside the housing so as to allow translational movement. The second cam member is installed to be opposite to the first cam member so as to interact with the first cam member and induce the translational movement of the first cam member. The elastic member pressurizes the first cam member toward the second cam member. The first cam member limits oil in a first region(111) to be drained off toward a second region(112) through the first cam member.본 발명은 간단한 구조로서 프리스톱 동작과 슬로우다운 동작을 구현할 수 있는 힌지장치 및 이러한 힌지장치를 가지는 저장고에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 힌지장치는 내부에 오일이 채워지는 하우징과, 일단은 하우징의 외측에서 도어와 결합되고, 타단은 하우징의 내측으로 연장되는 샤프트와, 병진 운동이 가능하도록 상기 하우징의 내부에 설치되는 제1캠부재와, 제1캠부재와 상호 작용하여 제1캠부재의 병진 운동을 유도할 수 있도록 제1캠부재에 대향하여 설치되는 제2캠부재와, 제1캠부재를 상기 제2캠부재 쪽으로 가압하는 탄성부재를 포함한다. 특히 제1캠부재는 하우징의 내부에서 특정 위치에 도달하였을 때 하우징의 내부를 제1영역과 제2영역으로 구분하여 제1영역 내의 오일이 제1캠부재를 지나 제2영역 쪽으로 소통되는 것을 제한한다. 이와 같이 제1캠부재가 오일의 이동을 제한한 상태에서 제1캠부재 또는 제2캠부재가 회전하는 경우 제1영역 내에 위치한 오일에 의해 회전 저항이 발생하여 도어가 천천히 닫히게 된다.
