The pain relief taping patch includes: a main attaching unit coated with a pharmaceutical substance layer multiple secondary attaching units which are arranged on the outer circumference of the main attaching unit in the radial directions to provide the reliable attachment force for the main attaching unit and a release sheet which is arranged to protect the surface of the main attaching unit and secondary attaching units.
