PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of securely and continuously planting seedlings from a seedling conveying device fed by an operator into a field without missing seedlings by solving a problem of a conventional vine seedling transplanter having seedling planting pawls to catch stems of vine seedlings fed by the seedling conveying device to be directly inserted into a field where mistakes are made in catching vine seedlings to cause missing seedlings in the work of planting vine seedlings at regular intervals because the soil of the field is attached to the seedling planting pawls and the catching of the vine seedlings is hindered by the attached soil.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is composed of a planting device 4 disposed at the lower side of a seedling conveying part 3 which rotates in the lateral direction while holding seedlings N for planting the seedlings N in the field, and a seedling catching body 50 for catching the seedlings N on the lower side of the seedling conveying part 3 and feeding the seedlings N to the planting device 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来例に示す蔓苗移植機は、苗植付爪が苗搬送装置で送られる蔓苗の茎を掴んで直接圃場に差し込んでゆくので、苗植付爪には圃場の土が付着して蔓苗を掴み取る際に付着した土が邪魔になって掴み取りミスが生じ、一定間隔で蔓苗を植え付ける植付作業で欠株が生じることが有る。そこで、本発明は、作業者が供給した苗搬送装置の苗を確実に連続して圃場へ植え付けて欠株の生じない苗移植機を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】苗Nを保持して横方向へ周回する苗搬送部3の下側に苗Nを圃場に植え付ける植付装置4を設け、前記苗搬送部3の下側で苗Nを掴んで植付装置4に供給する苗掴み体50を設けて苗移植機を構成した。【選択図】図1
