PURPOSE: A rice paper production apparatus is provided to improve the texture of rice paper by uniformly transferring heat, and to prevent the rice paper from puffing. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer (20) stirs 32-38 parts by weight of rice powder, 12-16 parts by weight of tapioca starch, 0.5-2 parts by weight of refined salt, and 45-55 parts by weight of purified water to obtain thin paste. A fixed amount pump (30) supplies the fixed amount of thin paste to a supply pipe (31). A rotation discharging unit (40) discharges the thin paste to the bottom into a net form. A conveyor (50) mounts and transfers the thin paste discharged from the discharging unit. A heater (60) is located on the lower side of the conveyor, and applies heat to the thin paste.
