The present invention relates to an apparatus for alarming a cosmetic harmful ingredient and for recommending cosmetics. The apparatus for alarming a cosmetic harmful ingredient and for recommending cosmetics comprises: a user input unit which outputs signals corresponding to selecting motions of a user； and a motion control unit. The motion control unit is connected to the user input unit, and when a request for recommending a cosmetic is received from the user input unit, uses signals input by the user input unit to determine a kind of cosmetics selected by the user. The motion control unit uses storage data of an ingredient database for each product to determine ingredients of each product corresponding to the determined kind of cosmetic, and determines a list of harmful ingredients classified as final harmful ingredients corresponding to the user in a final harmful ingredient database for each user. Then, the motion control unit compares mutually the determined ingredients and gives an arrangement order of products corresponding to the kind in a sequence of less containing of the final harmful ingredients among ingredients of each product, and outputs the corresponding products according to the arrangement order granted to products. The technical objective of the present invention is to improve user satisfaction by notifying harmful ingredients contained in products selected by a user. Moreover, the objective of the present invention is to facilitate user selection by recommending cosmetics fitted to the user.본 발명은 화장품 유해 성분 알림 및 화장품 추천 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 화장품 유해 성분 알림 및 화장품 추천 장치는 사용자의 선택 동작에 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 사용자 입력부, 그리고 상기 사용자 입력부와 연결되어 있고, 상기 사용자 입력부로부터 화장품의 추천 요청이 입력되면, 상기 사용자 입력부의 의해 입력된 신호를 이용하여 사용자가 선택한 화장품의 종류를 판정하고, 제품별 성분 데이터베이스의 저장 데이터를 이용하여 판정된 종류에 해당하는 각 제품의 성분을 판정하고 사용자별 최종 유해 성분 데이터베이스에서 상기 사용자에 대응하는 최종 유해 성분으로 분류된 유해 성분의 목록을 판정해 판정된 성분들을 서로 비교하여, 각 제품의 성분 중에서 최종 유해 성분이 적게 함유된 순서대로 해당 종류에 대한 제품의 나열 순서를 부여하여 제품에 부여된 나열 순서대로 해당 제품이 출력될 수 있도록 하는 동작 제어부를 포함
