PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a polymer membrane on a region which is difficult to be irradiated directly with light or a region which is not irradiated directly with light, the polymer membrane having a phosphorylcholine group-containing compound covalently bound thereto.SOLUTION: The medical component comprises: a substrate having optical transparency; and a polymer membrane formed on at least a portion of inner surface of the substrate, the polymer membrane containing polymer chains formed by polymerization of a compound having a covalently bound phosphorylcholine group. The substrate includes a first region which is at least a portion of the inner surface and to which, when irradiated with light of predetermined strength from outside surface side of the substrate, the light of strength which enables formation of the polymer membrane reaches by transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3ACOPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 光を直接照射しにくい領域又は直接照射されない領域に、ホスホリルコリン基を有する化合物が共有結合した高分子膜を形成する。
