The present invention provides a blood glucose detection method, a calibration method for blood glucose detection, and a blood glucose detection device. The detection method, at the beginning of implementation thereof, provides a first light projection unit and a second light projection unit to respectively project first detection light and second detection light of which wavelengths are different toward a human fingertip that is placed in a detection area and samples a first reflection light and a second reflection light that are respectively formed by reflections of the first detection light and the second detection light reflected by blood vessels of portions of the human fingertip corresponding thereto in order to generate a first optical parameter and a second optical parameter. Through comparison of the first optical parameter and the second optical parameter with respect to a blood glucose reference table, a blood glucose value can be acquired.
