The present invention relates to a sterilization device by the plasma generated by the air discharge inside a bag as a portable sterilization bag. The present invention is used for sterilization, storage and transportation of medical devices and agricultural products. The present invention is a portable sterilization device for the purpose of preventing decay, alteration and contamination of pathogens during long time storage and transportation. Residual ozone inside the plasma bag is removed by the carbon filter in a circulating manner prior to opening the bag.본 발명은 휴대용 멸균 가방으로서, 가방 내부의 대기 방전으로 발생되는 플라즈마에 의한 멸균장치이다. 의료기기나 농수산물의 멸균, 보관 및 이송 등의 용도로 사용한다. 장시간 보관 및 이송과정에서 병원균에 오염, 변질 및 부패방지 목적의 휴대용 멸균 장치이다. 플라즈마 가방 내부의 잔존 오준은 가방의 개방 전에 순환 방식으로 탄소필터에 의하여 제거되는 것이 특징이다.
