At least one spring catch device (17) in the permanently locking position (II) protrudes from at least one side wall into the guide groove. Preferred Features: The front holding position (I) of the wing cannula is defined by at least one protrusion protruding from the profile base of the caps and a protrusion on the middle part of the wing cannula.
