PURPOSE: A guide protection cap is provided to safely move and store apparatus without damage and to easily arrange objects. CONSTITUTION: A guide protection cap has a fishing line arrangement device which can wind and arrange the fishing line by forming a vertical line-unwinding groove and horizontal line-winding groove on the guide protection cap of a foldable reel fishing rod. The guide protection cap has the line-unwinding groove of about 1.5 mm in the vertical direction thereof.
