PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus imaging apparatus and a fundus imaging program capable of capturing an image in which a focus state is improved.SOLUTION: A fundus imaging apparatus includes a tomographic imaging optical system for capturing a tomographic image of the ocular fundus of an eye to be examined, a front imaging optical system for capturing a front image of the ocular fundus of the eye to be examined, and control means for executing focus control of the tomographic imaging optical system for the ocular fundus of the eye to be examined based on an output signal at least either from the tomographic imaging optical system or from the front imaging optical system.
