PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic excrement disposal apparatus firmly preventing excrement from leakage which makes a patient feel in one piece with an excrement disposal body by making a support frame body holding the excrement disposal body arranged on the crotch part swing in the right and left directions on the top surface of a mount mounted on a bed and by making the excrement disposal body swing following the buttocks of the patient when the buttocks of the patient moves somewhat.SOLUTION: The automatic excrement disposal apparatus includes an almost rectangular installation hole 12 formed at an approximate center of the bed, the mount 310 having a concave semicircular top surface and fitted to the installation hole, the support frame body 31 having a convex semicircular outer bottom that is mounted on the concave semicircular mount and swings freely in the right and left directions on the mount and mounting a buttock pad 41 on the top surface, the buttock pad having a U-shaped notched space in the center, and the excrement disposal body 51 loosely fitted in the U-shaped notched space 42 of the buttock pad and configured to wash the buttocks and the private parts and to dispose the excrement to the outside.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】股間に装着する排尿便処理体を嵌着した支持枠体を寝具用ベッドに装着した台座の上面で左右に揺動し得るようにし、患者の尻部が少々動いてもそれに追従して排尿便処理体も揺動して一体感を生起し、汚物漏洩を可及的に防止できる自動排尿便処理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】寝具用ベッドの略中央に略矩形状に形成した装着孔12と、上面を凹状半円弧に形成し装着孔に嵌着可能とした台座310と、凹状半円弧の台座上に左右揺動自在に載置し得るべく外底面を凸状半円弧に形成し、かつ、上面に尻載せパッド41を載置可能とした支持枠体31と、中央にU字状切欠き空間を形成した尻載せパッドと、尻載せパッドのU字状切欠き空間42位置に遊嵌され、尻部や局部の洗浄及び排尿便の外部排出を行うべく構成した排尿便処理体51とよりなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
