The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) at least one film forming agent (b) at least one non-volatile hydrocarbon-based oil and (c) at least one water soluble polyol in an amount of 2 % by weight or more, relative to the total weight of the composition wherein the composition is anhydrous or contains less than 3% by weight of water and preferably less than 1% by weight of water, relative to the total weight of the composition, and can provide a glow and moisturizing feeling and has simultaneously good transfer resistance property and less color changes after being applied to the skin and the like.La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant : (a) au moins un agent filmogène (b) au moins une huile hydrocarbonée non volatile et (c) au moins un polyol soluble dans leau en une quantité supérieure ou égale à 2 % en poids, par rapport au poids total de la composition la composition étant anhydre ou contenant moins de 3 % en poids deau et de préférence moins de 1 % en poids deau, par rapport au poids total de la composition, et pouvant fournir une impression déclat et dhydratation, présentant simultanément une bonne propriété de résistance au transfert et étant moins sujette à laltération de couleur après application sur la peau et analogue.
