The holding cover is configured to hold the fixing tool bundle formed in the actuator member and comprises: a threaded portion which is coupled to the threaded portion formed on the actuator member and an inclined portion which corresponds to an inclination angle of the fixing tool bundle. The grip cover is configured to securely assemble, with the body, the actuator member integrally assembled with the holding cover and comprises: a protrusion on which the holding cover is caught and a threaded portion which is engaged with the threaded portion of the body. The shaft affixed to the holding cover advances or retreats as an elastic force is generated by an action of the actuator pin and the spring received in the space unit of the body.
