Provided is a floating offshore wind power generator combined with a fish farm, comprising: a floating body having buoyancy so as to float on the sea； a wind power generator which is installed on the upper part of the floating body and generates power by using wind power generated from the sea； and a barrel-shaped fish farming structure which is installed to be connected to the floating body and is configured to have buoyancy to float with the lower part thereof submerged in the water to provide a space part where fish or shellfish can live； a fish farming net which is installed to be connected to the fish farming structure to surround the fish farming structure and allows cage culture of fish or shellfish in the space part of the fish farming structure； and a plurality of balance maintaining parts which are spaced apart from each other and installed to be connected to each other along the circumference of the fish farming structure and absorb wave kinetic energy of the sea so as to allow the fish farming structure to be maintained in a balanced state.L'invention concerne un générateur éolien offshore flottant combiné à un parc de poissons.
