PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle for a catheter, capable of extending elongated components such as lead wires and various kinds of tubes inserted from the distal end side along a center axis in the longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A handle for a catheter includes: a handle body 10 a rotational operating part with a rotating plate 20 and an intermediate member 25 an adjusting pin 30 an adjusting knob 40 and an O-ring 50. The intermediate member 25 is disposed between a first rotating member 21 and a second rotating member 22 which constitute the rotating plate 20, and which is non-rotatably fixed to the handle body 10. Guide grooves 251 and 252 for extending a tube 70 along a center axis (Z) of the handle body 10 to be inserted into the handle body 10, and an outer peripheral wall 253 of the rotational operating part are integrally formed in the intermediate member 25.
