PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device being an artificial light source optimum for a plant factory for solving background food supply problems (includes not only plants but also flower, fish and shellfish, farm animals and the like).SOLUTION: An illumination device 1 according to the present invention comprises: a mounting substrate 2； a plural types of light-emitting parts 5 that are mounted on a surface of the mounting substrate 2 and emit light at different wavelength bands； a plurality of partition walls 3 provided on the surface of the mounting substrate 2 and on boundaries of each of the plural types of light-emitting parts 5； and a plurality of mounting regions 4 formed between the plurality of partition walls 3.
