PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste straw discharging apparatus can discharge straw bundles in multiple rows at an optional position while keeping the definite space between the discharged bundles.SOLUTION: The waste straw discharging apparatus is provided with a turning support point at the side of a binding apparatus 30 of the discharging apparatus 60, a turning motion driving means to turn the back of the waste straw discharging apparatus 60 around the turning support point to the right or left at a prescribed angle, and an angle setting means to set the turning angle.
