PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a user learn a set state of respiration without being conscious of the state on the way of respiration only by controlling the breath for the user to attain a target.SOLUTION: The respiration of the user detected by a respiration sensor 5 is presented for the user as the change of the shape of an induction figure displayed in an image display device 2. An induction control part 10 sets a target time for an exhalation period, and displays the induction figure in a specific shape as the attainment of the target in the image display device 2.
