PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus and a medical imaging apparatus comprising it, with which accurate approximation of concentration and accurate approximation of image property may be executed between a plurality of images which should be compared.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus comprises: an extracting part 41 which is an image processing part arranged on an image processing apparatus independent from a medical imaging apparatus or a medical image apparatus and which extracts image data in specific regions from an image obtained with the medical imaging apparatus and an image property processing part 43 which executes process with respect to a plurality of images for uniforming properties defining images between the plurality of images based on image data in the regions respectively extracted by the extracting part.
