PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image diagnostic apparatus which improves accuracy of diagnosis of intravascular constriction.

SOLUTION: A memory section 28 stores imaging volume data of imaged blood vessels of a subject and non-imaging volume data acquired when the blood vessel is not imaged. A calcified area specifying section 30 specifies a calcified area included in the non-imaging volume data on the basis of pixel values. A calcified area emphasizing section 32 emphasizes a calcified area included in the imaging volume data and corresponding to the specified calcified area. A three-dimensional image processing section 34 generates image data on the basis of the imaging volume data in which the calcified area is emphasized. A display section 38 displays the generated image.
