PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle cover with high operability, when retracting a winged needle in a cover body, easily expanding a cover body, having little backlash of a wing, and capable of stably fixing the wing.SOLUTION: In a needle cover 1, a cover body 2 includes a needle introduction part 3 and a needle protection part 5. The needle introduction part 3 is formed with an opening 3OP in the side of a lower part D, and the needle protection part 5 has a first needle protective portion 5.1 in the side of an upper part U and a second needle protective portion 5.2 in the side of a lower part U. An opening 5OP is formed between the side of the lower part D of the first needle protective portion 5.1 and the side of the upper part of the second needle protective portion 5.2. The first needle protective portion 5.1 and the second needle protective portion 5.2 are connected in the side of a base end PE by a needle protective portion connecting portion 5H, and has a tail end opening 5OPDE in the side of a tail end PE. The second needle protective portion 5.2 is formed with wing fixing parts 7 in the side of the base end PE, the side of a first side part S1, and the side of a second side part S2.
