PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decubitus protective sheet capable of preventing displacement of a decubitus affected part and a protective sheet, preventing deterioration of an affected part due to friction between an affected part and a clothing or diaper, preventing dirt on a clothing, and preventing discharge of a body fluid which leaks from an affected part due to inflammation.SOLUTION: A fixing adhesive tape 2 is stuck to a polyethylene sheet 7, 1 which has a single layer or a bag-state two layers, having pores, on an inside part by almost 1 cm from a terminal part, and the polyethylene sheet having pores is fixed with the adhesive tape on a clothing side or a diaper 5 side for covering and protecting an affected part 3, thereby natural healing of the affected part is promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】床ずれ患部と保護シートのずれ防止、患部と衣服・オムツ等の摩擦による患部の悪化防止、患部から爛れ出る体液の排出、及び衣服の汚れ防止を行うことができる床ずれ保護用シートを提供する。【解決手段】1層または袋状の2層になった穴あきポリエチレンシート7,1に対し、末端から約1cm内側に固定用粘着テープ2を貼り、衣服側、またはオムツ5側に粘着テープで穴あきポリエチレンシートを固定させて患部3を覆い保護することで、患部の自然治癒を促進する。【選択図】図3
