PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which eliminates the need of a cable which disturbs operability in moving a top plate of an examination table or removing an operation portion from a rail, and also eliminates the need of a battery charging operation.SOLUTION: A wireless module 23 arranged in the operation portion 10 and a wireless module 24 arranged in a base 7 and connected to a control portion 11 with the cable disposed under a floor wirelessly transfer by radio input/output information between the operation portion 10 and the control portion 11. A power receiving unit 25 arranged in the operation portion 10 receives the supply of power in noncontact manner from a power feeding unit 26 arranged in the top plate 9. Thus, the cable to be connected to the operation portion 10 is eliminated, thereby obtaining excellent operability in moving the top plate 9 or removing the operation portion 10.
