To provide an eyeball fastener capable of fastening an eyeball while inhibiting the eyeball from being damaged in treating an eye.SOLUTION: An eyeball fastener 1 comprises: a hollow frame body 3； and a hollow bar-like handle part 4 that has one end side connected to the frame body and has a ventilation passage 4a formed so as to communicate with an internal space 3a of the frame body. On the handle part is provided an elastic bag-like part 5 so as to communicate with the ventilation passage 4a.
