PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and device, suitable for introducing a physiologically active agent into an eyeball tissue by utilizing ultrasonic wave energy.SOLUTION: This composition for introducing the physiologically active agent into the eyeball tissue is characterized by including the physiologically active agent to be introduced and fine bubble-containing small spherical bodies.
