PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel ablation device excellent in workability of blood vessel harvesting.SOLUTION: A blood vessel ablation device 100K includes a movable part 300K including a tubular movable part body 310, a vibration part 360 for vibrating the movable part body 310, and a vibration reduction part 370 provided at least on the inner peripheral side of the movable part body 310 for reducing the vibration of the movable part body 310.
