FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary products as well as to devices and methods for the products production. The machine contains the first wheel with the first moulding elements, the second wheel (placed inside the first wheel) with the second moulding elements and an extrusive device. The wheels are designed and placed so that to enable interaction of one of the first moulding elements with one of the second moulding elements for forming a cavity for reception of a continuous confectionary blank in the shape of a strap with filling and moulding sealed confectionary semi-products with filling from the blank. In the first version the extrusive device is represented by a plunger. In the second version one uses a non-contacting extrusive device. The method involves introduction of the continuous confectionary blank in the shape of strap with filling, moulding the continuous blank into beads and extrusion of the blank in the form of beads.EFFECT: invention ensures simplification of separation of the continuous blank moulded segments in the form of beads from the moulding elements and the product damage probability reduction.10 cl, 33 dwg, 1 tblИзобретение относится к кондитерским изделиям, а также к устройствам и способам их изготовления.
