To provide a medical treatment device having a fixing structure in which a screw is invisible.SOLUTION: A probe 3 is configured of an upper cover 6 (a first cover part) and a lower cover 7 (a second cover part) for protecting inner parts. The lower cover 7 is provided with a recess 8, and the upper cover 6 and the lower cover 7 are threaded by a screw 9 in the recess 8. By threading the screw 9 in the recess 8, the screw 9 can be made invisible. In this configuration, when the probe 3 is inclined at a predefined angle (for example, 10 degree) with respect to a position at which a screw head of the screw 9 is viewed from front, the screw 9 is made invisible. The recess 8 is provided at a position where the recess 8 can have the maximum depth, in other words, the thickest portion of the probe 3. By having the depth of the recess 8 at maximum, the screw 9 can be more invisible and an effect thereof can be more remarkable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】ねじの見えにくい固定構造を擁する治療器を提供する。【解決手段】プローブ３は内部部品を保護するために、上カバー６（第１カバー部）と下カバー７（第２カバー部）によって構成されている。下カバー７には、凹み部８が設けてあり、凹み部８内で上カバー６と下カバー７とがねじ９にて螺着されている。このように、凹み部８内にねじ９を螺着することで、ねじ９を見えにくくすることができる。この構成において、ねじ９のねじ頭を正面に見た位置を基準とし、プローブ３を所定角度（一例として約１０度）以上傾けると、ねじ９は見えなくなる。凹み部８を最も深くできる位置、つまり、プローブ３の厚みの大きい部分に凹み部８を設けている。このように、凹み部８の深さを深くすることで、ねじ９はより見えにくくなり、その効果はより顕著になる。【選択図】図２
