FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adaptation of plants to non-sterile conditions. The method includes mixing of components of soil substrate, its sterilisation in an autoclave and planting of tube plants into them, besides, after mixing of the components the soil substrate is treated with an aqueous solution of the preparation Agrovit-Kor, gradually moistening the substrate to the moisture of 75-80%, and maintained under moist conditions for 3-6 months. Then after sterilisation in the autoclave for 45 minutes at the temperature of 115-120 degrees Celsius and pressure of 1-1.25 Pa, the substrate is repeatedly treated with the aqueous solution of the preparation Agrovit-Kor and maintained for 2-3 weeks before planting of plants into it, at the same time periodically drying to moisture of 65% and moistened with water to 75-80% to stop formation of mycelium of mould fungi on the surface of the substrate.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to considerably increase quality of a soil substrate: its structure and nutrient properties, excludes availability of pathogenous microorganisms, insects, weed seeds, makes it possible to faster restore microbiological balance, and as a rule, to visibly improve establishment and development of tube plants during adaptation to non-sterile conditions.1 tbl, 1 exИзобретение относится к адаптации растений к нестерильным условиям.
