The present invention provides a pulp-burst food ball containing vegetable stuffing and a manufacturing method thereof. The pulp-burst food ball manufacturing method comprises the steps of: providing a processed vegetable stuffing and a vegetable soup thereof which are mixed at a weight ratio of 2 ± 0.5 to 3 for being respectively filled in each formation space of a frozen-formation box, so as to form a frozen solid stuffing of 5 ± 2 grams freezing a processed food ball pulp into a viscous semi-solid pulp taking 25 ± 5 grams of the semi-solid pulp, filling the solid stuffing in the semi-solid pulp, and enabling the solid stuffing to be fully covered by the semi-solid pulp so as to form a food ball and putting the food ball into boiling water and cooking the food ball thoroughly.
