[Solution] A pharmaceutical preparation containing a polystyrenesulfonic acid salt as an active ingredient, which comprises core granules each comprising the polystyrenesulfonic acid salt and a binder, wherein each of the core granules has at least one coating layer formed on the surface thereof, and wherein the coating layer comprises at least (a) a water-soluble polymer or a water-insoluble polymer and (b) a sugar or a sugar alcohol.La présente invention a pour but de proposer une préparation pharmaceutique contenant un sel d'acide polystyrènesulfonique, qui a une sensation réduite d'absorption d'eau et une sensation réduite en brûlure lors d'une ingestion par comparaison avec des produits classiques et qui contient un excipient dans une quantité réduite.
